Yes, we have access to blanks from most major manufacturers. If there is a brand you don’t see listed on our website, please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.

We do our best to get each custom order exactly right. Our approval process includes a digital proof and a professional representative to help you each step of the way before production begins.
Each order is custom made and we do not accept returns. Thready has the right to offer a redo of your order instead of a refund if there is an error on our part.
Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for errors on orders after 72 hours.

Yes, as long as the design color does not change, you can mix and match the colors of the hats/garments as long as you are meeting the minimum quantity.

Once we receive your payment, your order is then sent to our production team. Our turnaround times are approximately 2 weeks for screen printing and embroidery, and approximately 4 weeks for patch hats.
