When placing an order with Thready, the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner and have permission to reproduce artwork files.

Art Approval

All designs must be approved online. We will not be responsible for errors, misspelling, or otherwise in approved digital mockups and artwork.

Out of Stock Items

We do our best to provide you with an accurate inventory prior to your order being placed, but the purchasing of products is not done until the time you approve the quote and pay for your order. Thready is not responsible for items that are out of stock. Should items become out of stock, we will do our best to find a similar item and get it approved by you prior to using it for your order.

Social Sharing

We love to share our work with the world and showcase your company or project in the process! We do this by taking photos of our work and sharing them on social platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram and our website’s portfolio. Please notify us when placing your order if you are not comfortable with us photographing and sharing your order socially. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have your full permission to post photos of your order online.

Returns & Refund Policy

We do our best to get each custom order exactly right. Our approval process includes a digital proof and a professional representative to help you each step of the way before production begins.

Each order is custom made and we do not accept returns. Thready has the right to offer a redo of your order instead of a refund if there is an error on our part.

Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for errors on orders after 72 hours.
